By registering for or attending the Southern Ledger Summit ("the Event"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.
The Event is an educational, professional-networking conference. Sessions and materials are provided for general information only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset, token, security, or other financial product. No tokens, securities, or investments are offered or sold at the Event or via this website.
Passes must be purchased through our official ticketing partner or by arrangement with our team. Prices are shown in AUD and are GST-inclusive unless otherwise stated. Program, speakers, pricing, and schedule are subject to change.
Passes are fully refundable up to 14 days before the Event and transferable to another person at any time. Refund requests are handled by our ticketing partner in line with their process.
All attendees, speakers, and staff must behave respectfully and refrain from harassment of any kind. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who breaches this expectation without refund.
Some sessions may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for post-event and promotional use. By attending, you consent to your image or voice being included in such materials, except where you have specifically opted out via our registration process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Ledger Events Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at, or reliance on content presented during, the Event. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
We may need to change speakers, sessions, venue details, or dates due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify registered attendees of any material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
